You can return your products within 48 hours after receiving your ordered product from courier service. We will accept the return if the product falls under the following facts:
- If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit
- If your fashion product is the wrong size (Please have a look to the size chart before ordering)
- If you want to change the color or don’t like the product.
- The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact.
- Here, For claws 1-2, you will not have to bear the return courier charge. But for claws 3 you will have to bear the cost of courier for sending the product to us.

Then, Mention your order Code. Afterwards, please explain the complaint with valid reason.
Pack your product Including all tags and accessories.
Return your product by courier service. Also please send us the courier receipt by email.
Return/ Replacement may not apply in any of the following conditions:
• Any damage due to misuse of product.
• Any Used item.
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
