- Prem’s Collections exchange policy allows you to exchange any Prem’s Collections product purchased online within 07 days of receipt.
- If any fault is found in the product, in that case the exchange/replace of the product is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and in its original packing condition including its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

- However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

Home Delivery Policy:
Prem’s Collections highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavor to make sure that your ordered products reach your door in the fastest possible time.
- Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 2 to 5 business days only within Dhaka city (Metro Area) in Bangladesh.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Customer Service Department.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Prem’s Collections has the right to cancel any order at any point of time without any prior notice for any reason. In this case, if Advance payment is done then Prem’s Collections will refund the paid amount to the customer within 15 working days. Also due to any Unavoidable circumstance, product delivery might delay and delivery time may exceed the promised delivery time by Prem’s Collections. Any kind of hamper in appropriate service occurs by any of the Third Parties (Payment gateway, courier service, payment Medias (Bkash, Master Card Etc.) Prem’s Collections will not take any responsibility.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY PREVENTION POLICY
We monitor all online payments to check and prevent any kind of fraudulent activities. If any suspicious activity detected, then Prem’s Collections has full right to cancel that order at any point of time and take necessary legal action if needed. Prem’s Collections also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We might need a few additional information regarding payment to verify the payment of any order. If we need any additional information regarding your order, we will call you from our official number. We will consider the payment as fraudulent activity and cancel the order if the following criteria are met:
If the Customer does not reply to the payment verification e-mail that has been sent by Prem’s Collections (If we send any email for verification) If the Customer fails to provide necessary documents during the payment verification procedure. If a customer Misuses another customer’s phone number, email address or delivery address.
We might cancel orders of the customers who have the following issues:
A Customer who has a very high return rate. If customer provides Invalid/Incomplete address to us. If customer provides us invalid Phone number. If we get customer unreachable for 3 working days for order confirmation.
1 Fraudulent prevention:
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

STORE PICK UP POLICY
In store pickup is a service that is being provided by Prem’s Collections. If you order any product at our website, you can pick the product from our store as well. You can select store while placing order from you want to take the delivery of the product. For store pick up you will not have to pay any delivery charge. You can pick your product at your convenient time (During time in which stores are open).
1. Store pickup service currently is available for below store of Prem’s Collections.
(Store Locations: Prem’s Collections, 68/1, Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh.
Shop Hour : Open - Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM-9:30 PM), Close – Sunday)
2. For store pickup you will not have to pay any delivery charge. The service is free.
3. When your order will be confirmed, you will get an email containing the order number and other necessary information. When the product will reach to the store then you will receive a phone call and an email. Please preserve the order code with you. This will help you to find your order at the store.
4. When your package arrives in store you will receive an email notification.
5. After reaching to the store, your ordered product will stay there till 5 working days. If you do not pick up your product within this time then Prem’s Collections will return it to warehouse and cancel the order. You will have to order again to get the product.
